In the heart of the region, in Milicz, there is a Creative Multifunctional Facility with the Bomb Museum and Druh Bolk Gallery, where tradition meets modernity and Lower Silesian designs come to life on glass ornaments. It’s a good place to start in the Barycz Valley and a comfortable stop on the bike trail that follows the route of the former narrow-gauge railroad. The KOM includes the Old Bombkarnia Café, which serves delicious regional snacks and toast with carp paste – a specialty of the Barycz Valley. The KOM’s weekend offer includes educationally valuable events, field games – KOMpas in the Valley, museum fun for children – Bomb Detective(ka), workshops on decorating baubles with the Lower Silesia Pattern, while regional board games and backyard games await visitors in the chillout zone.
