§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Regulations define the principles and scope of provision of services within the website called Dolny Śląsk Travel (hereinafter referred to as the Website), operated by the Lower Silesian Tourist Organisation with its registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Świdnicka 44 (hereinafter referred to as the Website Operator).
  2. The service operates under the electronic domain address dolnyslask.travel.
  3. The Service is used to provide and disseminate materials on tourist and cultural topics, in particular information on routes, areas, attractions and the tourist and cultural base, as well as multimedia materials related to the subject of the Service.
  4. The Website Operator and the Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the Editorial Team) supervise the process of publishing materials.
  5. User is a natural person with full legal capacity who uses the website.
  6. By using the website, the User confirms that he or she accepts the Regulations.
  7. The Editors are committed to ensuring the highest quality of services provided. The Editors are not responsible for disruptions in the functioning of the service caused by force majeure, equipment failure or unauthorized interference by Users.
  8. The materials contained in the service are published solely for educational and cognitive purposes. The editors are not responsible for any errors contained therein.
  9. The editorial office receives e-mail from the following address: [email protected].
  10. The Editors are not responsible for the use of information provided on the Website by its Users.
  11. The Website Operator reserves the right to change these regulations without prior notice to Users.
  12. The regulations are effective from 1 March 2025.

§2. DATA PUBLICATION

  1. A Publisher is a User who uses the service to publish materials on this service. Only an adult person can be a Publisher.
  2. The publisher is not entitled to any monetary or equivalent benefits for publishing material on the website.
  3. The Editors reserve the right to accept, convert, proofread, update and translate materials prepared by the Publisher.
  4. All Users of the website are obliged to comply with the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the principles of social coexistence.
  5. It is prohibited to post on the website content that is commonly considered offensive or violates the provisions of the law, in particular: - inciting racial, ethnic and religious hatred, promoting violence, intoxicants, - commonly considered morally reprehensible, socially inappropriate and violating the rules of etiquette, - offending religious feelings, - erotic, pornographic.
  6. The Publisher, by placing material on the website, declares that he/she has the rights to it and that he/she consents to its publication on the website. The Publisher is solely responsible for the lack of rights to the materials.
  7. The publisher is fully liable for any infringement of third party rights in the material he has submitted for publication.
  8. The Publisher, by placing on the website materials constituting a work within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (consolidated text in the Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 80, item 904, as amended), grants the Editorial Office and the Users of the website the "Creative Commons. Attribution 3.0 Poland" license, the full text of which is available at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/pl/legalcode.
  9. In the event of finding any content or statements on the website that are inconsistent with the regulations, each User is obliged to notify the Editorial Office of this fact by sending an e-mail.
  10. The editors reserve the right to make corrections and edit published materials, to make abbreviations and elaborations, as well as to remove material from the website without giving a reason.

§3. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The User consents to the processing of his/her personal data by the Editorial Office for the purposes of running the Service and for promotional and informational purposes.
  2. The administrator of personal data is the Administrator, who processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

§4. RULES FOR FREE USE OF MATERIALS

  1. Downloaded materials can be stored on any medium for private purposes, viewing by yourself or showing to friends.
  2. Downloaded materials may be used in private, public and commercial ventures on websites provided that: - the name of the Service (or the www address to the Service) and the internet link opening the Service must be clearly visible next to the photograph or link to the document, - the author's name and surname must be clearly visible next to the photograph or link to the document.
