A sports center to match the champions

The Lower Silesian Sports Center on the Jakuszycka Glade has put at the disposal of athletes a facility that meets the requirements of world federations, along with all the facilities necessary for professional training.

A place accessible to everyone

The #NaPolanie is also a place of recreation for residents of Lower Silesia and visitors to our region. Whether you want to spend a few hours here or want to enjoy the beauty of the mountains longer, #NaPolanie will not lack anything for you.

The center provides a whole range of services not excluding accommodations, catering, a training center and other facilities that can be used by all interested parties.

Expanded sports facilities

The facility includes a sports hall, gyms, swimming pool, locker rooms, ski waxing and bicycle servicing facilities, a catering area and multimedia rooms for briefings and technical analysis.

Space available to all

The Lower Silesian Sports Center is a friendly place for children and young people, as well as for people with disabilities. Thanks to the elimination of architectural barriers and the support of staff, Paralympians can also train with us.

Accommodations to suit your needs

We offer accommodation and stay conditions for both professional athletes and children’s and youth sports groups beginning their sports careers.

Playground with artificial surface and running track

Treadmill used for summer sports, while in winter it turns into Fun Park, TV town

Football field with artificial grass surface.
Treadmill with artificial surface 4 – track with a distance of 200 m.
Treadmill with artificial surface 5 – track with a distance of 60 m.

Professional biathlon shooting range with access to biathlon trails, equipment

Full-size biathlon shooting range 30 – track length of 50 m, in accordance with IBU regulations,
Fixed equipment – target electronics and control on the coaching ramp,
Movable equipment – shooting mats, rigging and track markers.

Asphalt roller trails

In the summer, the biathlon shooting range is transformed into an asphalt roller track for a length of about 2000 m

Asphalt training roller trails with a width of 11.5 to 4 meters, designed, in the transition period,
A start zone, a finish zone, a shooting zone and a penalty loop of two different lengths,
Three routes suitable 300m, 1000m, 2000m.

Ski bridge

Equipped with warehouses, which is an intersection of roller/ski trails (depending on the season)

Bridge intended as an intersection of training roller tracks in two levels during the non-competitive period,
During the competition as a two-level intersection of ski trails with spectators and with amateurs engaged in cross-country sports off the competition trails.

Professional/amateur gyms

Equipped with regulation of the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere (hyposphere) and a set of equipment

Hypoxic atmosphere, complete installation and equipment under the ICT project,
Rest room atmosphere with a regulated increase in the amount of oxygen in the air (hyperoxic atmosphere).

Sports hall

Located inside the building, the hall can be used for many sports all year round

Climbing wall,
Basketball, volleyball, futsal, handball and babington court.
