In the carp corner of the Barycz Valley
The workshops are held on the premises of a 30-year-old family fishing farm (220 ha). During the classes, there is a show of live fish, fishing clothes and equipment. For older groups - a multimedia presentation about fishing in the Barycz Valley. Participants visit a feed warehouse, where they learn what carp are fed. They learn about eco-solutions used in the fish farm (renewable energy sources, eco-breeding). During a walk along the nature trail by the ponds (1.5 or 3.5 km) they observe nature, especially birds - at the participants' disposal are: magnifying glasses, binoculars, an atlas of animals and plants, nature exhibits. Children feed fallow deer in the pen with carrots brought in. At the end, there are thematic physical games on a large, grassy square.
