Every year, at the end of June and the beginning of July, an international crowd of athletes takes possession of Szklarska Poreba, fills restaurants, hotels and the center of the village. Representatives of more than twenty countries come to us regularly! The surroundings of the start “live” from early morning until late evening. The atmosphere of a great sporting event can already be felt on the eve of the start, when the race office opens, the first competitors appear, and the organizers finish the last preparations. After that, the base of the race basically turns into a 24-hour command center – there is always someone here, there is always something to arrange, buy, fix.
