Every 3rd Sunday of the month, the hr. 12.00-16.00, on the grounds of our Cheese Factory, in an 18th-century manor outbuilding, surrounded by the beautiful Owl Mountains, meetings are held with organic food producers.
Waiting for you will be butter, yogurt, gingerbread, oils, seasonal compotes and syrups, sheep and goat cow cheeses, vegetarian pastes and pates, local breads (including gluten-free), vegetable and fruit preserves, cheese delicacies, cured meats, flours, honey eggs and curds, herbs spices and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
You’ll also find hot soups, herbal teas, grilled dishes, brynza dumplings, parsnip chips, homemade pies, delicious snacks, and beer and wine from the friendly Drinking Culture. A trampoline and sandbox await the little ones!
In 2025, the Fair will be held on February 16, March 16 (7th birthday of the fair), April 13, May 18, June 15 (10th anniversary of the Cheese Factory), July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16, December 21. You are cordially invited!
