Spring is the perfect time to take your bike out of the basement and get back on the paths. In every corner of Lower Silesia you will find a route for yourself. In Klodzko Land, one of the most interesting proposals is Singletrack Glacensis, Europe’s largest network of narrow, one-way paths of varying difficulty. The Barycz Valley will surprise with well-prepared trails overlooking vast fish ponds. Those looking for extreme thrills will find more difficult paths in the Owl Mountains and Karkonosze. Discover the attractions without the crowds
Don’t like crowding while traveling? We have a way for that. In the Kłodzko region you will find plenty of atmospheric towns to visit. Bardo Slaskie attracts pilgrims to the Minor Basilica with its statue of the Virgin Mary, but also to the architecture: a stone bridge, the ruins of a medieval castle and a store selling Bardo gingerbread. It’s also worth a visit to Wambierzyce, famous for its basilica with a monumental staircase, as well as its moving nativity scene, which is open all year round. Also not to be missed is a visit to Ząbkowice Śląskie, where a must-see is the Leaning Tower, plus the market square with its Gothic town hall, St. Mary’s Church and a visit to Dr. Frankenstein’s laboratory.

Paradise Lower Silesia
The singing of birds, a fabulous color palette, the smell of blooming flowers – arboretums affect the senses as nature awakens to life. In Lower Silesia we have three such places – the Wojslawice Arboretum, the Forest Arboretum in Stradomia Wierzchnia and the Arboretum in Lądek-Zdrój. In Wojsławice, the largest collection of azaleas and rhododendrons in Poland blooms in May. In June, peonies and roses reign supreme. You will also see there a collection of minerals from the region. The Forest Arboretum is one of the largest botanical gardens in Poland. Its main attraction is trees and shrubs, including the country’s richest collection of pine trees. The Arboretum also boasts a rich collection of rhododendrons and protected plants, such as ponderosa pines. The garden in Ladek-Zdroj is maintained in the character of a walking park with benches, paths and bridges. Among other gardens of this type, it stands out for its naturalness and little interference with the forest ecosystem.
