Lomnica Palace

A place full of flavours

The property includes a baroque palace from 1720, less than a hundred years younger so called ‘Small Palace’ and a museum grange. The whole estate is surrounded by a romantic park whose border is marked by the Bobr River. The complex is owned by the descendants of the pre-war owners who rebuilt this gem from a complete ruin. In addition, they made Lomnica an important culture-forming centre it is today. Throughout the year, young and old learn here traditional Polish cuisine, not only through tasting, but also during practical classes in a specially prepared Squirearchy Kitchen. Numerous fairs let you get to know the handicrafts, and the annual Linen and Gingerbread Celebrations are important events in the life of the region. Every day in Lomnica, Polish language is mixed with German, and more and more foreign guests wander the nearby routes.
