A place full of flavours
The property includes a baroque palace from 1720, less than a hundred years younger so called ‘Small Palace’ and a museum grange. The whole estate is surrounded by a romantic park whose border is marked by the Bobr River. The complex is owned by the descendants of the pre-war owners who rebuilt this gem from a complete ruin. In addition, they made Lomnica an important culture-forming centre it is today. Throughout the year, young and old learn here traditional Polish cuisine, not only through tasting, but also during practical classes in a specially prepared Squirearchy Kitchen. Numerous fairs let you get to know the handicrafts, and the annual Linen and Gingerbread Celebrations are important events in the life of the region.
